Cape Town is fabulous city. Cape Town is a beautiful city. It’s natural wonders are a sight to be seen and experienced. I count myself lucky to call this city my home town. Although I love and identify with a number of cities in the world that I have visited, Cape Town remains my first or say longest love. I enjoy having visitors in the city because it gives me a chance to show the city off, but it also gives me an opportunity to experience the city anew. There are no shortages of “points of view” or lookout spots. There are plenty of ocean fronts to experience the wonder that is the ocean.
The pictures in this post were taken from two separate trips. The pictures were taken in Hout Bay and in Cape Point. I love taking pictures. I love being in pictures, and with the advancement of technology and how our iPhones can take excellent digital photographs, we have the opportunity to capture moments for memory or for “art”. Growing up with only a handful of my childhood pictures, I am very aware of the importance of documenting life’s moments. All of these pictures were taken in the Spring/Summer of 2018.
