For my 30th birthday close friends of mine gifted me with a paragliding experience. It is something I desired and I was ecstatic that I was finally going to have the paragling experience. The views of the Atlantic Seaboard when you flying from Signal Hill are spectacular beyond. Often when I am asked what kind of super power would I like, of what animal I would want to be, I always go for the ability to fly or to be a bird. This is sometimes dissapointing to people because choosing flight is almost common, and not imaginative enough. But I love flight. I associate the ability to fly with freedom. I also associate it with aerial views, so you are able to see more claerly because you are “above” everything. There’s something magical about flight, and I really enjoyed the paragliding experience because it is probably the closest I will ever get to really flying, where the wind in in your face.
