I can’t even pretend that this post is about anything substantial or art related, unless, of course, you consider putting yourself together art. I went to the Norval Foundation | ART Museum and it was such a beautiful experience. The museum is situated in the deep Southern Suburbs of Cape Town in Steenberg. It’s across the United States Embassy. The museum has a beautiful building, which I am sure you can read about on their website. I took a number of pictures while I was at the museum because the lighting was great, the setting was beautiful, and I was feeling myself. The museum is a bit of a distance from the city, Cape Town, so going out there requires some planning. I can assure you though, it is worth the trip. I have not been to the restaurant yet, but I hear great things about it. The museum also has a fabulous sculpture garden. The garden makes for a great view from the restaurant patio, but also wonderful to walk through. My mother particularly liked the pictures taken at the museum. I guess I look “wholesome” in them. Anyway, make time to go to the museum.
